Just an 8-minute walk from Lea Bridge station. Free on-site parking (first come, first served), plus a paid car park just 100 yards away (£3 for 3 hours, £10 for 8 hours) and street parking nearby. The studio is on the first floor, up two flights of stairs.
Photography Studio Facilities
A bright, open-plan 800 sq ft studio, flooded with natural light from big industrial windows.
Styled sets are ready when you arrive – neutral boho corners, a green velvet lounge, a vintage fireplace and a clean white backdrop – plus professional Elinchrom lighting if you need it.
Perfect for portraits, family shoots, fashion, product photography and content creation. Quiet enough to record sound, air-conditioned all year round, and pets are welcome.

Same price every day, including bank holidays
2 hours - £150 (£75/hr)
3 hours - £195 (£65/hr)
4 hours - £250 (£62.50/hr)
5 hours - £300 (£60/hr)
6 hours - £340 (£56.70/hr)
8 hours - £390 (£48.75/hr)

BEFORE YOU BOOK
£100 deposit secures your date – non-refundable and non-transferable
The rest of your studio hire is paid on arrival
£150 security deposit on arrival (card or cash) – returned after your session
