1. Who we are
Le ZoomZoom Studio Ltd ("we") runs photo studio hire and photography services at Unit 10B, 15 Argall Avenue, Leyton, London E10 7QE. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Questions: info@lezoomzoom.studio or 07884 442296.
2. What we collect
• Contact details: name, email, phone number and company name.
• Booking details: dates, times, number of people and anything you tell us about your shoot.
• Payment records: deposits and payments. Card payments are handled by our payment providers. We don't store full card numbers.
• Photos and videos we take of you if you book a photography session with us.
• CCTV images recorded inside the studio.
• Website data: cookies and basic usage information (see Cookies).
3. Why we use it
• To reply to enquiries and manage your booking or photoshoot (to arrange and carry out our agreement with you).
• To take payments and keep financial records (a legal requirement).
• To keep people, the studio and equipment safe with CCTV (our legitimate interest).
• To run and improve our website (with your consent for non-essential cookies).
• We only show photos of you in our portfolio or on social media if you agree.
We don't send marketing emails and we never sell your data.
4. Who we share it with
Only services that help us run the business:
• Studio Ninja: enquiries, bookings and invoices
• Our payment providers and card machine provider: payments
• Our bank: transfers
• Booking platforms such as Tagvenue or Scouty, if you book through them
• Wix: website and forms
• Google and Meta: maps, website statistics and messaging
We may also share information where the law requires it, for example CCTV footage with the police. Some providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use approved safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
• Enquiries that don't become a booking: up to 12 months.
• Booking and payment records: 6 years, for tax and accounting.
• Photos from a photography session: up to 12 months after delivery, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• CCTV footage: about 14 days, unless needed to look into an incident.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Email info@lezoomzoom.studio and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
7. Cookies
Our website uses cookies so it works properly and, if you agree, to see how visitors use it. You can change your choice in the cookie banner or in your browser settings.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
