How to Find Le ZoomZoom Studio

Unit 10B (first floor), Leyton Studios, 15 Argall Avenue, London E10 7QE

⚠️ Please don’t follow Google Maps through the riding club – that path is closed.

🚶 Walking from Lea Bridge station (8 min)

Turn left out of the station and walk along Argall Way to the roundabout. Turn left and walk about 75m. Leyton Studios is the brick building with grey windows on your right.

🚌 By bus

W19 from Walthamstow (Stop E): get off at the last stop – not the one called “Argall Avenue Industrial Estate”. 55 from Hackney: get off at Perth Road and walk down Argall Way.

🚗 By car and unloading

Drive to the rear of Leyton Studios using the access road on the right. Stop outside Unit 13 to unload – the studio is directly above, on the first floor. Use the intercom and we’ll let you in.

🅿️ Parking

Private car park at the estate entrance, a 2-minute walk away: £3 for 3 hours, £6 for 8 hours, £10 for 24 hours. Pay at the machine.
