How do I secure my booking?
A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your date. The rest is paid on arrival, before your session starts. We accept cash or card.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes – £150 (card or cash), paid on arrival. It is returned after your session once the studio has been checked.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel more than 7 days before your booking for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. You can reschedule once with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
What is included in the hire?
800 sq ft of beautiful natural-light space, several shooting sets and props, Elinchrom lighting, a dedicated makeup area and a kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove.
How many people can come?
Our prices include up to 6 people. For 7–12 people there is an extra charge of £30 for a 4-hour booking or £50 for an 8-hour booking. For larger groups, please contact us first.
Can I film video and play music?
Yes! The studio is very quiet, which makes it great for recording sound. Music is welcome – we just ask that you keep the volume reasonable.
Is the studio heated and air-conditioned?
Yes – we have air conditioning, so the studio stays warm in winter and cool in summer.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome.
Is the studio accessible?
The studio is on the first floor, up two flights of stairs.
Can I extend my booking?
Yes, if the studio is available. Extra hours are £60 per hour, and bookings after 18:30 are £75 per hour. Let us know as early as possible.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your end time stays the same, so please arrive on time to get the most out of your booking.
What are your opening hours?
We are open from 08:00 to 22:00.
Where are you and is there parking?
Unit 10B, 15 Argall Avenue, Leyton, London E10 7QE. There is free on-site parking on a first come, first served basis, plus a paid car park 100 yards away (£3 for 3 hours, £10 for 8 hours) and street parking nearby.
